Absolutely not. Whether you are completely new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking for structure, programmes can be adapted to suit your level.

I’m based in Ireland and offer online coaching and digital products accessible worldwide.
Yes. While much of the content may be female-focused, everyone is welcome.

You’ll complete a weekly check-in so we can review your progress, celebrate wins, discuss any challenges and make adjustments where needed. This may include progress photos, training feedback, habits, nutrition and lifestyle updates.

Life happens. If you miss a weekly check-in, we’ll simply pick back up and continue moving forward. Progress is about consistency, not perfection.
