Movement is designed for beginners through to intermediate individuals who want guidance, structure, accountability and support with their fitness journey.


Do I need to already be fit to start?

Absolutely not. Whether you are completely new to fitness, returning after a break, or looking for structure, programmes can be adapted to suit your level.

I’m based in Ireland and offer online coaching and digital products accessible worldwide.

Yes. While much of the content may be female-focused, everyone is welcome.

Coaching Questions

  • Once you complete the consultation form, I’ll review your goals and see if coaching is a good fit. You’ll then receive information about the next steps.

  • No. Training plans can be designed for complete beginners through to more experienced individuals.

  • Yes. Home and gym-based plans can both be created.

  • Yes. Coaching plans are built around your goals, schedule, experience level and lifestyle.

  • Yes. Guidance and support are included to help build sustainable habits and structure around food.

  • Not necessarily. Tracking can be used if appropriate, but it isn't required for everyone.

  • You’ll complete a weekly check-in so we can review your progress, celebrate wins, discuss any challenges and make adjustments where needed. This may include progress photos, training feedback, habits, nutrition and lifestyle updates.

  • Life happens. If you miss a weekly check-in, we’ll simply pick back up and continue moving forward. Progress is about consistency, not perfection.

  • Life happens. Coaching is about consistency over perfection and plans can be adjusted when needed.

  • Yes. Individual training plans and digital guides may also be available.

  • Payment plans may be available on selected coaching packages.

  • Recommended coaching lengths may vary depending on your goals.
