Why Movement Run Club Was Created

Movement Run Club was created to make cardio feel more approachable, consistent, and supported.

Not everyone wants to train alone, and not everyone feels confident joining traditional run groups. This space is designed to remove that pressure and help people build routine at their own pace, whether they’re walking, running, returning after a break, or working toward a personal goal.

Through local meet-ups and the virtual Strava community, Movement Run Club helps people stay accountable, connected, and moving forward together.

What To Expect From Movement Run Club

Expect a supportive environment focused on building consistency with cardio in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable. Movement Run Club is designed to help you stay accountable, connect with others, and make steady progress at your own pace.
