Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable guides, training plans, nutrition resources, and digital products are final and non-refundable once purchased or accessed.

Once a product has been delivered or accessed, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations cannot be provided.

Coaching Services

Coaching services and consultation calls may be rescheduled with reasonable notice where possible.

Failure to attend scheduled calls or appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
